Camping gates open Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 12:00pm-6:00pm.

Camping gates open Friday, August 23, 2024 8:00am-12:00pm. If you are camping you must enter during these hours.

Friday Music 1:00pm-9:00pm

Saturday Music 11:00am-9:00pm

Sunday Music 10:00am-1:00pm

Location

The festival grounds and concert venue are located at an area adjacent to Kennedy Meadows Resort and Pack Station. This is a full service resort, a full restaurant, bar and general store and horseback rides are available. We encourage you to utilize resort services. Pay phones, ATM and pay showers are also available at the resort. The festival grounds will host food and alcohol available for additional purchase. Limited RV and tent camping will be available for purchase on the festival grounds. Additional camping is available first come, first served at nearby Baker, Deadman, Eureka Valley, Brightman Flat, Pigeon Flat, Clark Fork, Dardanelle. Please plan to secure your campsite in addition to festival purchase.

Parking

All parking will be available off-site. Day users may not park at Kennedy Meadows Resort. Shuttles will run to and from parking areas and festival grounds.

Campers must park at their campsite and utilize shuttle system to access Kennedy Meadows Resort. There is no vehicle traffic allowed within festival grounds. Once you are in, your vehicle must remain parked.

Alcohol

Festival Saloon will require age verification, 21 and over only. Valid State ID’s required. Wristbands will be required.

Camping patrons will be allowed one 750ml bottle and one 12 pack of cans only into the festival grounds. This alcohol must remain in the camping area only. Outside alcohol will not be allowed near the performance area or bars. Additional alcohol maybe purchased at the resort store or bars onsite.

Search and Clear Bag Policy

This festival has a clear bag policy to enter the concert venue only. There will be a bag/container search conducted at gates. The following items are not allowed in:

No weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, etc.)

No professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms, or commercial-use rigs)

No laser pointers or air horns

NO large purses, bags or backpacks

NO bottles, or water bottles allowed.

Similar to football stadiums we will have a clear bag policy, standard one gallon freezer bags, clear fanny packs, and small clutches are purses no larger than 5”x8” will be permitted, while items such as backpacks, large purses, and coolers will not be allowed entry.

The concert area features open seating. Bleachers and chairs will not be provided, so it is recommended you bring a chair. Standard size lawn chairs and folding chairs are the ONLY acceptable chairs. No lounge chairs, foot rest style chairs. No wagons, chairs caddies, etc will be allowed in the concert venue.

ATM and Cell Service

The venue is in a remote location. Your cell phone WILL NOT WORK. Please plan ahead and prepare. Vendors will also have limited abilities to accept credit card payments. ATM’s are available at Kennedy Meadows Resort. There is no WI-FI available.

Handicapped

We make every attempt to make facilities handicapped accessible. Limited handicapped parking is available. A state issued permit is required. Most of the concert area is dirt landscape with some meadow attributes. If you need additional information please email:

First Aid

A medical tent will be located within the concert venue.

Children

Children under 5 years of age and younger are admitted with a paid adult, free of charge. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pets

Sorry, no pets allowed into the festival grounds, including festival camping areas. We comply with all state and federal laws in regards to service animals. If you are attending with a service animal please contact us by email, info@kennedymeadowsmusicfest.com in advance so that we may assist you with your festival experience.

Rain or Shine Policy

Kennedy Meadows Music Festival is a rain or shine event. Artists and times are subject to change. All sales are final, NO refunds, exchanges or returns. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten passes. You must present your email confirmation at the gates to receive wristbands. Lost wristbands will NOT be replaced.

Beverages and Food

A selection and of foods and beverages, including soda, water, beer, wine and liquor will be available inside the concert venue. You may NOT bring outside food or drinks into the venue.

Restrooms

Portable restrooms will be available onsite. There will be handwashing facilities available as well. It is always advisable to carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer to any public event. Lines may form around restrooms, please be kind and patient to other patrons and staff at the event. Pay to use showers are available at the resort.

Don’t Forget!

All persons attending the Kennedy Meadows Music Festival and Kennedy Meadows Resort and Pack Station do so at their own risk. NO liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, staff, artists, vendors or others

NO weapons of any kind are permitted into any area of the festival.

NO Fireworks or other explosives.

Smoking is not permitted within the concert venue. Designated smoking areas will be provided. This includes cigars, cigarettes, Vapes, E-cigs, Vape devices.

NO ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles, E-Bikes, Scooters, or any similar off-road cycles or devices are permitted.

No checks will be accepted. Credit Card use will be limited, Cash is preferred.

NO drugs or underage drinking will be tolerated on any of the festival grounds.

Umbrellas may be used between performances only. They must be taken down during any stage performance.

NO pop up tents or other large shade covers.


DON’T DRINK and DRIVE. Please designate a driver before arriving to the festival.

These rules are established to satisfy and recognize the diverse needs of our guests and to promote safety. We ask everyone attending to respect the rights and privacy of others. Thank you and please have fun.

Kennedy Meadows Music Festival and Kennedy Meadows Resort and Pack Station reserve the right to revoke camping or festival attendance of any kind to any individual and to further remove any person from the concert, festival or resort venue in its sole an absolute discretion if it determines that such revocation and/or removal is in the best interest of the general public, concert attendees, campers, the individual involved and/or the Kennedy Meadows Music Festival and/or its staff. Kennedy Meadows Music Festival and Kennedy Meadows Resort and Pack Station reserves the right to add or amend any rules and regulations at any time.
